Mark Thomas (weightlifter)

Mark Thomas is a former Welsh international weightlifter. He competed in the men's 69kg and 77kg categories. He represented Wales at multiple Commonwealth Games, winning a silver medal in the 69kg category at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester. He also competed in the 77kg category at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, and the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi. Details of his other competitive achievements are not readily available.
