Lotus 15

The Lotus 15 was a sports racing car designed and built by Colin Chapman's Lotus Cars in 1958. It was intended as a replacement for the earlier Lotus Eleven, offering improved handling and a more robust design.

The car featured a space frame chassis, clad in aluminum bodywork. It was initially designed for a Coventry Climax engine, typically the FPF four-cylinder, but could accommodate other engines as well. The Lotus 15 utilized independent suspension and disc brakes, reflecting Lotus's commitment to advanced engineering.

The Lotus 15 saw considerable success in sports car racing throughout the late 1950s and early 1960s.
