Kudrino
Kudrino refers primarily to Alexei Leonidovich Kudrin (born October 12, 1960), a prominent Russian politician and economist. He served as the Minister of Finance of Russia from May 18, 2000, to September 26, 2011. During his tenure, he was widely credited with stabilizing Russia's economy and building up its financial reserves. Kudrin is often associated with a fiscally conservative approach to economic management.
After leaving the government in 2011, he remained influential in Russian economic circles. In 2016, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Economic Council under the President of the Russian Federation. He later served as the Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of Russia (the state audit agency) from 2018 to 2022. He resigned from this position in 2022 and subsequently joined Yandex, a major Russian technology company.
