Kashin (town)

Kashin is a town in Kashinsky District of Tver Oblast, Russia, situated on the Kashinka River. It is located approximately 150 kilometers (93 miles) northeast of Tver. Kashin is known for its historical significance, including its numerous churches and monasteries.
