KF Seetoh

KF Seetoh is a Singaporean food critic, writer, photographer, television host, and entrepreneur. He is best known for his work promoting Singaporean and Southeast Asian street food culture globally.

Seetoh is the founder of Makansutra, a company dedicated to celebrating and preserving hawker food. Makansutra publishes food guides, organizes food events, and operates food centers. He has authored numerous books on Singaporean cuisine and has hosted several food-related television programs.

Seetoh is a prominent advocate for hawkers and the hawker trade. He has actively campaigned for the preservation of hawker centers and the recognition of hawker culture as an important part of Singaporean heritage. His efforts contributed to Singapore's hawker culture being inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2020.

He frequently participates in international food conferences and events, showcasing Singaporean and Southeast Asian cuisine to a global audience.
