Joe Simko

Joe Simko is an American visual artist and illustrator best known for his Garbage Pail Kids artwork and other parody-based trading card series. He has contributed to Topps' Garbage Pail Kids since its inception and continues to create new artwork for the series. Simko's work frequently features pop culture references, satire, and dark humor.
