Jim Moseley (American politician)

Jim Moseley (born c. 1951) is an American politician and former government official from Indiana. He served as the 11th United States Deputy Secretary of Agriculture under President George W. Bush, from 2001 to 2005.

Prior to his federal appointment, Moseley held various positions in Indiana's agricultural sector. He served as the Indiana Director of Agriculture under Governors Evan Bayh and Frank O'Bannon. He also served as the Assistant Commissioner of Agriculture. His work focused on promoting Indiana agriculture, fostering economic development within the state's rural communities, and addressing issues related to food safety and environmental stewardship.
