Jim Donnelly (baseball)
Jim Donnelly (born November 25, 1946) is a former professional baseball player. He was a pitcher in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1967 to 1977.
Career
Donnelly played for the California Angels (1967-1971), Milwaukee Brewers (1972-1973), Pittsburgh Pirates (1974-1975), and Seattle Mariners (1977). He primarily served as a relief pitcher.
Notable Achievements
While not a star pitcher, Donnelly was a reliable member of several pitching staffs during his career. He had a career earned run average (ERA) of 3.67 in 354 appearances. He was a member of the 1974 and 1975 Pittsburgh Pirates teams that won the National League East Division title.
