Jamal (band)
Jamal was a Polish hip hop group formed in 1997. The group was founded by Tomasz "Miodu" Mioduszewski and Łukasz "DJ Feel-X" Feel. Jamal is known for its blend of hip hop with elements of reggae, raggamuffin, and funk.
The band's early work was characterized by a raw, underground sound. They gained wider recognition in Poland with the release of their debut album, Defto, in 2005. This album featured collaborations with prominent figures in the Polish hip hop scene and helped to solidify Jamal's position as a significant act.
