Guiseley
Guiseley is a town in the metropolitan borough of Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. Historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire, it is situated between Menston and Yeadon.
History: Guiseley's history can be traced back to Anglo-Saxon times. The name is thought to derive from "Gisa's Leah" meaning Gisa's clearing or meadow. During the Industrial Revolution, Guiseley became a centre for woollen textile production. The town expanded significantly during this period.
