Gao Yusheng (diplomat, born 1947)

Gao Yusheng (born in 1947) is a Chinese diplomat who served as the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Ukraine from 2003 to 2005, and as the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Uzbekistan from 2007 to 2010. He is a senior researcher and expert on Central Asian affairs, particularly regarding security and cooperation in the region. After his ambassadorships, Gao Yusheng has remained active in foreign policy circles, participating in think tank discussions and offering analysis on international relations, particularly concerning China's relations with Central Asia and Russia.
