Frank Rogers (Brookside)

Frank Rogers was a fictional character from the British soap opera Brookside, which aired on Channel 4. He was portrayed by actor Bill Dean from the show's inception in 1982 until Dean's death in 2000.

Frank was one of the original residents of Brookside Close, occupying number 5. He was a staunch traditionalist, often displaying conservative views and acting as a counterpoint to some of the more liberal characters in the series. Initially working as an electrician, Frank's storylines often involved his struggles with unemployment, financial difficulties, and his family relationships.
