Fnideq
Fnideq is a Moroccan city located in the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region, very close to the border with Ceuta, a Spanish autonomous city on the North African coast. It is also known as Castillejos, its Spanish name. Fnideq serves as a key border crossing point and a commercial hub due to its proximity to Ceuta. The local economy is heavily influenced by cross-border trade, and the city experiences a significant influx of people and goods. As a border town, Fnideq faces challenges related to migration, smuggling, and economic disparities.
