Face Down (band)

Face Down was a Christian punk rock band formed in Visalia, California, in 1998. Known for their energetic live performances and blend of punk rock, pop-punk, and elements of ska, the band gained a following within the Christian music scene and beyond.

The band's lineup consisted of lead vocalist and guitarist Trevor McNevan (also known as Trevor McNevan of Thousand Foot Krutch), bassist Joel Vanderlaan, drummer Ryan McGeown, and guitarist Justin Beaudoin.

Face Down released several albums and EPs throughout their career, including "The Twenty-Fourth Hour" (2000), "Face Down EP" (2002), and "Let's Unwind" (2003). Their music often explored themes of faith, social issues, and personal struggles, presented with a raw and relatable energy.

The band toured extensively, playing alongside notable Christian and secular punk rock acts. Despite achieving some success, Face Down eventually disbanded in the mid-2000s. Members went on to pursue other musical projects, most notably Trevor McNevan continuing his work with Thousand Foot Krutch. While no longer actively performing, Face Down remains a fondly remembered act for many fans of Christian punk rock.
