FN HiPer

FN HiPer is a semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Fabrique Nationale Herstal (FN) of Belgium. It was designed as a successor to the FN Browning High Power, incorporating several improvements and modernizations while maintaining a similar overall design and ergonomics. The HiPer is chambered primarily in 9x19mm Parabellum. Key features include a redesigned trigger mechanism, improved ergonomics such as interchangeable backstraps, and an accessory rail for mounting lights or lasers. It is marketed towards law enforcement, military, and civilian markets. The name "HiPer" is a shortened form of "High Performance."
