Esquermes

Esquermes is a former independent village and now a district of the city of Lille, in northern France. It is located west of the city center.

Historically, Esquermes was a rural community known for its agricultural activities and its connection to the Deûle River. It developed as a separate entity from Lille before being integrated into the larger urban area.
