Edward Banks (cricketer)

Edward Banks (born 28 October 1866, date of death unknown) was an English cricketer. He played first-class cricket for Oxford University between 1888 and 1890. A right-handed batsman and right-arm medium-pace bowler, Banks appeared in 20 first-class matches, scoring 570 runs with a highest score of 84 and taking 21 wickets with best figures of 4 for 41. He also represented Surrey in non-first-class matches. His later life is undocumented, and the exact year of his death remains unknown.
