Diosso

Diosso is a commune in the Kouilou department of the Republic of the Congo. It is located near Pointe-Noire, the country's second largest city and a major port on the Atlantic coast.

Diosso is known for its historical significance, particularly as the former capital of the Kingdom of Loango, a pre-colonial Bantu kingdom that flourished from the 15th to the 19th centuries.
