Diamond Peak (California)

Diamond Peak is a ski resort located in Incline Village, Nevada, on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. Although its mailing address is in Nevada, a portion of the resort extends into California. The resort primarily caters to families and beginner/intermediate skiers and snowboarders.

Diamond Peak offers views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding Sierra Nevada mountains. The terrain includes groomed runs, tree skiing, and a terrain park. The resort has several chairlifts, a learning area, and a base lodge with dining and retail options.

The Diamond Peak Ski Education Foundation (DPSEF) provides ski and snowboard racing programs for young athletes. The resort also offers lessons and rental equipment.

Historically, the area was used for logging before the development of the ski resort. The resort's relatively low elevation compared to other Tahoe resorts often results in a shorter ski season.
