Daburiyya
Daburiyya (also spelled Dabburiya, Deburieh; Hebrew: דַּבּוּרִיָּה) is an Arab village located in the Northern District of Israel, at the foot of Mount Tabor. It lies northeast of Nazareth and southwest of Tiberias.
Historically, Daburiyya has been inhabited since ancient times. Evidence suggests continuity of settlement throughout the Roman, Byzantine, and Early Muslim periods. The village's name is believed to derive from the biblical city of Daberath (Joshua 21:28, 1 Chronicles 6:77).
The economy of Daburiyya is primarily based on agriculture, with olives, grains, and other crops being cultivated. Many residents also work in nearby cities.
Daburiyya has a mixed Muslim and Christian population.
