Cobweb (band)
Cobweb was a Norwegian progressive rock band active primarily in the 1970s. They are known for their complex instrumental arrangements, incorporating elements of jazz, classical, and traditional Norwegian folk music. The band released one self-titled studio album, Cobweb, in 1975 on the Experience Records label. The album is now considered a cult classic within progressive rock circles and features extended instrumental passages and intricate compositions. The band's lineup included members who went on to other musical projects, though Cobweb itself remained a short-lived endeavor. Despite their brief existence, Cobweb left a significant mark on the Norwegian progressive rock scene.
