Church of the Guardian Angel (Manhattan)

The Church of the Guardian Angel is a Roman Catholic parish church located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. It is part of the Archdiocese of New York. The church is situated at 193 Tenth Avenue, between 21st and 22nd Streets.

Established in 1892 to serve the growing Catholic population in the area, particularly Irish immigrants, the church's cornerstone was laid in 1892 and the church was dedicated in 1897. The building is notable for its Romanesque Revival architectural style.
