Charles Waterhouse (British politician)
Charles Waterhouse (1893-1975) was a British Conservative Party politician. He served as a Member of Parliament (MP) for the constituency of Birkenhead West from 1931 to 1945.
Born in 1893, Waterhouse was educated at Cheltenham College. He served in the First World War, being awarded the Military Cross.
Following his parliamentary career, Waterhouse was a prominent figure in local government and held various public service positions. He was known for his contributions to the civic life of Birkenhead and the wider Merseyside area. He died in 1975.
