Champs Elysees (foaled March 18, 2003, died July 16, 2018) was a French-bred, British-trained Thoroughbred racehorse. He was known for his versatility, winning Group 1 races on turf at distances ranging from 1 1/4 miles to 1 7/8 miles.

Racing Career:

Champs Elysees began his racing career in France before being transferred to the stable of Sir Michael Stoute in England. He steadily improved throughout his career, showing a particular aptitude for middle-distance and staying races.

Notable Wins:

  • Northern Dancer Turf Stakes (2008, 2009): A Grade 1 race held at Woodbine Racetrack in Canada. Champs Elysees won this race twice, demonstrating his class and stamina.
