CFQC-DT
CFQC-DT is a television station in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, broadcasting on virtual channel 8 and UHF digital channel 32. It is affiliated with CTV and is owned by Bell Media. The station’s studios are located on 1st Avenue North in Saskatoon, and its transmitter is located near Clarkboro.
CFQC-DT's history dates back to 1954, making it one of the oldest television stations in Saskatchewan. Originally an affiliate of the CBC Television network, CFQC switched its affiliation to CTV in 1958.
The "DT" suffix indicates the station's digital television broadcasting status. As part of the Canadian digital television transition, CFQC-DT shut down its analog signal on August 31, 2011.
