Boulard is a surname of French origin. It can also refer to:

• Saccharomyces boulardii: A probiotic yeast used as a dietary supplement and medication. It is often used to prevent and treat diarrhea, particularly antibiotic-associated diarrhea. Its efficacy in other gastrointestinal conditions is also studied. It is distinct from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, commonly known as baker's yeast.

• Calvados Boulard: A brand of Calvados, a type of apple brandy from the Normandy region of France.

• Boulard (Cheese): A brand of French goat cheese (chèvre) produced by the Fromagerie Henri Hutin.
