Bill Hay (footballer)

Bill Hay was an Australian rules footballer who played for Geelong in the Victorian Football League (VFL).

Hay, a rover, debuted for Geelong in 1917 and played 12 games that season, scoring three goals. He did not play VFL football in 1918 or 1919. He returned to Geelong in 1920 and played a further two games, without scoring any goals, before leaving the club. Information regarding his life outside of VFL football is limited.
