Biała (Supraśl)

Biała is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Supraśl, within Białystok County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north of Supraśl and 19 km (12 mi) north-east of the regional capital Białystok. The village is located within the Knyszyń Forest. Population is relatively small, characteristic of rural villages in the region. Its main features include the natural environment and proximity to the town of Supraśl. The local economy is primarily based on agriculture and tourism related to the forest and surrounding areas.
