Alberto Lopo
Alberto Lopo García (born 20 May 1980) is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a central defender.
Lopo, known for his aerial ability and sometimes aggressive tackling, spent most of his career in Spain's La Liga, representing Espanyol (where he was team captain), Deportivo de La Coruña, and Getafe. He also played briefly for Nástic and had a late-career stint in Greece with Atromitos.
He earned one cap for the Spanish national team, in a friendly against Andorra in 2002.
