Aaron Lennon

Aaron Lennon (born 16 April 1987) is an English former professional footballer who played as a winger.

Lennon began his career at Leeds United, making his debut in 2003 and quickly becoming known for his pace and dribbling ability. In 2005, he moved to Tottenham Hotspur, where he spent a decade, becoming a key player and making over 250 appearances. During his time at Tottenham, Lennon won the League Cup in 2008.

Following his departure from Tottenham, Lennon joined Everton in 2015, initially on loan and then permanently. He also spent a season on loan at Burnley before signing permanently for the club. Lennon retired from professional football in 2023.

At international level, Lennon represented England, earning 21 caps between 2006 and 2013. He was part of the England squads for the 2006 and 2010 FIFA World Cups.
