1989–90 Eliteserien (Denmark) season

The 1989–90 Eliteserien season was the 33rd season of the Eliteserien, the highest level of ice hockey in Denmark. Ten teams participated in the league, and Frederikshavn IK won the championship. The season consisted of a regular season followed by playoffs. The bottom teams faced relegation playoffs.
