Zoë Bell

Zoë Bell (born 17 November 1978) is a New Zealand stuntwoman and actress. She is best known for her work as a stunt double for Lucy Lawless on the television series Xena: Warrior Princess and for her collaborations with director Quentin Tarantino, including her roles in Kill Bill, Death Proof, Inglourious Basterds, and The Hateful Eight.

Bell began her career as a gymnast and martial artist, which led to her work in stunts. After Xena, she transitioned into acting, often playing characters that utilize her physical abilities. In Death Proof, she played a fictionalized version of herself, a stuntwoman pursued by a psychopathic stuntman. Other notable acting roles include Whip It, Oblivion, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

Beyond her on-screen work, Bell has also worked behind the scenes as a stunt coordinator. She is recognized within the film industry for her expertise and dedication to stunt performance and for advocating for better recognition and safety for stunt performers.
