Zhao Gang (born January 4, 1971) is a Chinese fencer who specialized in the épée discipline. He represented China in international competitions throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s, most notably participating in two consecutive Summer Olympic Games.
Zhao made his Olympic debut at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. In the men's individual épée event, he advanced to the quarter-finals before being defeated, ultimately finishing in 8th place. He also competed in the men's team épée event, where the Chinese squad reached the bronze medal match but lost to Italy, resulting in a 4th-place finish.
He returned to the Olympic stage at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. In the individual épée competition, he was eliminated in the round of 32 and placed 27th overall. In the team épée event, the Chinese team finished in 6th place.
Beyond the Olympics, Zhao Gang competed in various World Fencing Championships and regional Asian competitions. Following his active competitive career, he has been involved in the development of fencing within China.
