Zhang Zhixiong (born 12 January 1959), also known by his Hokkien romanization Chang Chih-hsiung (Chinese: 張志雄; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Tiunn Chì-hiông), is a Taiwanese politician. A prominent member of the [[Democratic Progressive Party]] (DPP), he has held several significant positions at both the local and national levels, primarily representing [[Penghu County]].

Born in Penghu County, Chang Zhixiong began his political career by serving in local government. He was elected as a [[Penghu County]] Councilor, holding office from 1994 to 1998. Following this, he successfully ran for and was elected [[Mayor of Magong City]], the capital of Penghu County, serving one term from 1998 to 2002.

His political career then progressed to national politics when he was elected as a member of the [[Legislative Yuan]], Taiwan's unicameral parliament. He represented Penghu County in the legislature from 2002 until 2005.

In 2005, Chang returned to local governance after being elected [[Magistrate of Penghu County]]. He secured re-election and served two consecutive terms as Magistrate, holding the position from 2005 until 2014. During his tenure, he focused on enhancing Penghu's infrastructure, promoting tourism, and implementing environmental protection policies for the archipelago.

Chang Zhixiong received his education from the [[National Taipei University of Technology]] and later from [[National Taiwan University]].
