Zbigniew Eugeniusz Religa (16 December 1938 – 8 March 2007) was a prominent Polish cardiac surgeon and politician. He is widely recognized for his pioneering work in heart transplantation in Poland and for his significant contributions to the development of cardiac surgery in the country. Religa served as Poland's Minister of Health from 2005 to 2007.

During his tenure, he focused on reforming the Polish healthcare system, aiming to improve access to modern medical treatments and enhance efficiency. He was also a candidate in the 2005 Polish presidential election, though he ultimately withdrew his candidacy.
