Zaenal Arief

Zaenal Arief (born 3 January 1981 in Garut, Indonesia) is an Indonesian former professional footballer who played as a striker. Over a career spanning more than a decade, he represented several clubs in the Indonesian league system and earned caps for the Indonesia national team.

Early life and youth career

Arief was born in Garut, West Java. He began his football development with his hometown club Persigar Garut, making his senior debut at the age of 16.
