Yvette Monreal (born September 19, 1992) is an American actress. She is widely recognized for her role as Yolanda Montez / Wildcat in The CW superhero television series Stargirl and for portraying Gabriela in the 2019 action film Rambo: Last Blood.
Early Life and Career Monreal was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She began her acting career with various television appearances, securing roles in popular shows such as Awkward., The Fosters, and Faking It. Her recurring role as Reagan in the MTV series Faking It (2014–2015) helped her gain early recognition.
Breakthrough Roles Monreal made her feature film debut in the 2016 drama Lowriders. She continued to build her filmography with roles in movies like Monolith (2017).
Her career saw a significant boost in 2019 when she starred opposite Sylvester Stallone in Rambo: Last Blood, the fifth installment of the Rambo franchise. In the film, she played Gabriela, the beloved surrogate niece of John Rambo, whose kidnapping sets off the film's events.
In 2020, Monreal took on one of her most prominent roles as Yolanda Montez, also known as the superhero Wildcat, in the DC Comics television series Stargirl. As a member of the new Justice Society of America, her character became a central figure in the series, which aired on DC Universe and later The CW for three seasons.
