Wilson Shedric Hill (January 19, 1848 – February 14, 1921) was an American lawyer and politician who served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from Mississippi.
Born near Lodi in Choctaw (now Montgomery) County, Mississippi, Hill attended local common schools before pursuing higher education at the University of Mississippi at Oxford and Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee. He was admitted to the bar in 1870 and established a legal practice in Winona, Mississippi.
Hill's political career began in the Mississippi House of Representatives, where he served from 1884 to 1885. He subsequently served as the district attorney for the fourth judicial district of Mississippi for twelve years, from 1891 to 1903.
In 1902, Hill was elected as a Democrat to the Fifty-eighth Congress. He won re-election to the Fifty-ninth and Sixtieth Congresses, representing Mississippi's 4th congressional district from March 4, 1903, to March 3, 1909. During his tenure, he participated in legislative processes relevant to the post-Reconstruction South. He was an unsuccessful candidate for renomination in 1908.
After leaving Congress, Hill returned to the practice of law in Greenwood, Mississippi. He died in Greenwood on February 14, 1921, and was interred in the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
