Willis Wilson is an American former collegiate basketball player and coach, best known for serving as the head men’s basketball coach at Texas A&M University from 1998 to 2004 and at Rice University from 2014 to 2021.

Wilson was named the Big 12 Coach of the Year in 2002. He resigned from Texas A&M in 2004 after a 13–15 season.
Wilson returned to his alma mater, Rice University, as an assistant coach in 2008. He was promoted to head coach in 2014, a position he held until his resignation in 2021. At Rice, he compiled a record of 108–115, guiding the team to two College Basketball Invitational (CBI) postseason appearances.
