Willie Molano (born November 11, 1961) is a Colombian former professional tennis player who was active on the international circuit during the 1980s.
Molano represented Colombia in the Davis Cup between 1984 and 1987. During his tenure with the national team, he participated in four ties, finishing with a combined win-loss record of 4–4 (3–2 in singles and 1–2 in doubles).
On the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) tour, Molano reached a career-high singles ranking of world No. 382 in August 1986. During the same month, he achieved his career-high doubles ranking of world No. 201. He primarily competed in Challenger-level tournaments and qualifying events for Grand Prix fixtures.
Prior to his professional career, Molano played collegiate tennis in the United States for the University of Houston. During his time with the Houston Cougars, he earned All-American honors. Following his retirement from competitive play, he transitioned into tennis instruction and coaching.
