Political Career
Wasiq Qayyum Abbasi began his electoral career with significant success, being elected to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in the 2018 Pakistani general election. He secured his seat from constituency PP-15 (Rawalpindi-X) as a candidate of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
