WKAG-CA was a repeater station of WKAG-TV (channel 43, now WDKA), the CBS affiliate for Paducah, Kentucky; Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and Harrisburg, Illinois. This meant that WKAG-CA essentially rebroadcast the signal of WKAG-TV, extending its reach to areas around Hopkinsville.
