Vuk Lazović

Vuk Lazović (Serbian Cyrillic: Вук Лазовић; born 23 February 1988) is a Montenegrin professional handball player for RK Vardar 1961 and the Montenegrin national team. He plays primarily as a line player (pivot).

Early Life and Personal Background Vuk Lazović was born in Belgrade, SR Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia. He is the son of Veselin Lazović, a former Yugoslav and Montenegrin handball player and coach, who also served as the president of the Montenegrin Handball Federation. His upbringing was deeply influenced by handball due to his father's career.

Club Career Lazović began his professional career in Serbia before moving to various European clubs. His career highlights include:

  • Partizan: He played for RK Partizan in Serbia, where he gained initial recognition.
  • Borac Banja Luka: He also had a stint with RK Borac Banja Luka in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
  • Vardar: Lazović joined Macedonian powerhouse RK Vardar 1961 in 2013.
