Victor Pálsson (born 6 July 1991) is an Icelandic professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder or centre‑back. As of the latest available information, he is contracted to Italian Serie A club Udinese and has been capped by the Iceland national team.

Pálsson began his senior career with Breiðablik, making his debut in the Úrvalsdeild (Icelandic top division) in 2009. After a brief loan spell at Knattspyrnufélag Reykjavíkur (KR), he moved abroad to Norway’s Aalesunds FK in early 2013. Later that year he signed for FC Zürich in Switzerland but saw limited playing time, leading to a loan back to Norway with Vålerenga.
In January 2015, Pálsson joined Rosenborg BK, where he established himself as a regular starter and contributed to the club’s domestic successes, including multiple Eliteserien (Norwegian league) titles and Norwegian Football Cup victories. His performances earned a transfer to FC Copenhagen in 2020, where he was part of the squad that won the Danish Superliga in the 2021–2022 season.
