Vaughan Lowe KC (Hon), FBA (born 1952) is a distinguished British academic and legal scholar, widely recognized as one of the foremost authorities on public international law. He is an Emeritus Chichele Professor of Public International Law at the University of Oxford and a Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford.
