Vanya Dmitrienko (Russian: Ваня Дмитриенко; born Ivan Viktorovich Dmitrienko on 25 October 2005 in Krasnoyarsk, Russia) is a Russian singer, songwriter, and actor. He rose to prominence after releasing the single “Venera‑Yupiter” in January 2021, which achieved significant radio airplay and viewership on YouTube.
Career
- In 2020 Dmitrienko participated in the television project Khochu s Open Kids, becoming one of three winners and subsequently released the music video “Otvet mne”.
- He signed with the Russian label Zion Music in 2020.
- In 2021 he contributed a cover to the t.A.T.u. tribute album 200 Po Vstrechnoy and performed at the White Nights Festival. That year he also received the Golden Gramophone Award, becoming the youngest recipient in the award’s history.
