Ulrike Harzer

Ulrike Harzer (born 22 July 1968) is a German politician who has been serving as a member of the Bundestag, the German federal parliament, for the Free Democratic Party (FDP) since 2021.

Born in Freiberg, East Germany, Harzer initially pursued a career as a tax consultant. She joined the Free Democratic Party in 2017. In the 2021 German federal election, she successfully secured a seat in the Bundestag, entering parliament via the state list for Saxony.

In her role as a Member of the Bundestag, Harzer is active on several parliamentary committees. She is a member of the Finance Committee and the Committee on Legal Affairs. Her political work primarily focuses on tax policy, economic development, and legal reforms. Within her parliamentary group, she serves as the spokesperson on tax policy, contributing to the FDP's stance and proposals on fiscal matters.
