The USS Lyndonia (SP-734) was a United States Navy patrol vessel in commission from 1917 to 1919. Lyndonia was originally a private steam yacht built in 1900. The U.S. Navy acquired her from her owner, J. Ogden Armour of Chicago, Illinois, on May 14, 1917, for use during World War I. She was commissioned as USS Lyndonia (SP-734) on May 26, 1917.
Assigned to the 3rd Naval District, Lyndonia performed patrol duty in the New York City area for the duration of the war. Her primary duties included guarding against submarine attacks and assisting vessels in distress.
Following the Armistice with Germany, Lyndonia remained in service until she was decommissioned on February 14, 1919. She was sold back to her original owner on July 28, 1919. Her subsequent fate is unrecorded.
