Twitch (Aldo Nova album)

Twitch is the third studio album by Canadian rock musician Aldo Nova. It was released in 1985 through Portrait Records, a division of CBS Records. Following the success of his self-titled debut album and the subsequent Subject...Aldo Nova, Twitch continued to showcase Nova's signature blend of hard rock, AOR (Adult Oriented Rock), and elements of synth-pop, characteristic of the 1980s music scene.

The album was largely written, produced, and performed by Nova himself, demonstrating his multi-instrumental abilities, particularly on guitars and keyboards. While not achieving the same commercial heights as his earlier work, Twitch is recognized by fans for its polished production and melodic rock anthems. Key tracks from the album include "Tonight (Look What You've Done)" and "Rumours."

Despite its moderate commercial performance, Twitch remains a notable entry in Aldo Nova's discography, reflecting the evolving sound of 1980s rock music and Nova's continued contribution to the genre before he transitioned more into songwriting and production for other artists.
