Tsutomu Wakamatsu (Japanese: 若松 勅弘, born 30 August 1947) is a Japanese former professional baseball outfielder and manager. He spent his entire Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) playing career with the Lotte Orions (later the Chiba Lotte Marines) and later served as a manager in the league. Wakamatsu was inducted into the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame in 2009.
